Tuition Reimbursement Program

"Stay in school!" funding for job-related tuition reimbursement is available to non-represented classified staff.

We are pleased to announce availability for the job-related tuition reimbursement program for non-represented classified staff, funded by the Vice Chancellor for Administration Darrell Bazzell. The Program will pay for job-related tuition reimbursement if colleges, divisions, or departments are unable to provide the funding. Non-represented classified staff interested in a job-related course/certificate should use the current procedure outlined in the Chapter 12 (Education, Training, and Development) of the Policies and Procedures for Classified Employees and the procedures of their College or Division. If non-represented staff apply to their college or division for tuition reimbursement and met all of the requirements, but are disapproved because of lack of funding, they can complete the Request Tuition Reimbursement from CNCS-CPDC and forward it to Michele Parker at parkerm@svm.vetmed.wisc.edu The Climate Professional Development Committee will review the application form and contact the individual with as soon as possible after reviewing it.

Course options can range from accounting to zoology and beyond, the individual's department determines whether the course is job-related or not.
